1. Service Scope

We provide repair and maintenance services for gas stoves, cooktops, cooking ranges, hobs, and chimneys.

Our technicians will diagnose and repair issues to the best of their expertise, using genuine or approved spare parts where required.

2. Booking & Payment

Service requests can be booked through our toll-free number, email, or website.

Service charges, spare parts costs, and other applicable fees will be clearly communicated before the repair.

Payments must be made in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Warranty

We offer a 90-day service warranty on the repairs performed.

The warranty covers the same issue repaired but does not cover new or unrelated problems.

Warranty is void if the appliance has been tampered with by unauthorized persons after our service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate details of the issue and ensure safe access for our technicians.

Appliances should be in a clean and accessible condition before service begins.

Customers must retain the service receipt/invoice for warranty claims.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed at the time of service.

We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of parts, strikes, natural calamities, or other events beyond our control.

Customer Services India shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from appliance malfunction.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Bookings may be rescheduled by contacting our support team at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation after technician dispatch may incur a nominal visiting charge.

7. Privacy

All personal information shared with us is protected under our Privacy Policy and will not be misused.

8. Changes to Terms

Customer Services India reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
